Percy Jackson and the Olympians The Lightning Theif-Final Post

The movie in my opinion to the book was terrible so I like the book better. There were many differences in the movie from the book that it did not even seem like it was the book they were trying to explain. I would take out the three friends looking for the pearls in the movie because, they were given the pearls in the book. and I would make the locations in the movie look more like the way they look in the book. I would also take out Percy killing Luke that way they could make a sequel to the movie. Going along with that  would take out the Hydra because it is in the second book. The movie just had to many differences that it could not really be fixed.

Chapter 22 Journal Activities

    1. Journal questions for anticipatory discussion:
If someone knew something really bad that was going to happen in your life, and there was nothing you could do about it, would you rather have them tell you or keep it a secret? Why?
I rather them tell me that way i can prepare and find more about it. Keeping  that type of secret is not something I would do.
